Policies

Appointments are scheduled in advanced and are subject to availability.
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to receive the full duration on their scheduled services.

Health and safety

The well-being of my clients is my top priority. Please inform me of any condition, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.
I adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene practices to provide a clean and safe environment.

Satisfaction guarantee

I strive to provide the highest quality services and customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your services, please notify me whiting 48 hours post services to discuss any concern.

I do not offer refundable money; I’m committed to resolving any concerns or issues to the best of my ability.

Payments

I accept cash, debit/credit card and other forms of payment.
(Zelle, cashapp, Venmo, PayPal)
Payment is due at the time of the services unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Consultation

I offer complimentary consultations to discuss your skincare concerns, goals and recommended treatments.

Consultations allow us to tailor services to your individual needs and ensure satisfaction.

Deposit required

I do request a non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments. No deposit no appointment. Deposits go towards your total price on the day of your appointment.
You can reschedule one time per deposit, any other rescheduling will need another deposit. Must notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Late arrivals

I recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your schedule services.
In the event of a late arrival, the service may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing subsequent clients.
After 10 mins I will charge $5.00 anything after that will be an additional charge
After 15 minutes I will be not able to take you.

Cancellation rescheduling

Understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes
Failure to provide sufficient notice or multiple cancellation may result in cancellation fee.

No call/ no show

If you fail to show up to your appointment without prior notification you may get charge a no-show fee.
After multiple no-shows you will not be able to book with me again.
